Chen Baixiang has no children.

Chen Baixiang's early life

Chen Baixiang has four sisters and one brother. Life was very difficult when he was a child. Chen Baixiang studied in St. Joseph's College in middle school. Because he sang well, others introduced him to singing, which paid 400 yuan a month.

In 1968, Chen Baixiang, Chen You, Peng Jianxin, Ye Zhiqiang and others formed the "Loser" band. Chen Baixiang is the first lead singer and is mainly responsible for wilder song interpretations. Later, Chen Baixiang's childhood friend Alan Tam also joined the "Loser" band.

In 1970, they participated in the amateur singing competition and won the championship.

At the Hong Kong Youth Music Festival in 1971, they defeated Xu Guanjie's Lotus Band, which was already very popular at the time. Afterwards, Chen Baixiang left the band for some reasons, Alan Tam also went to Singapore to study at university, and the band announced its disbandment.

After Chen Baixiang left the band, he went into business. His first business was to open a garment factory. When we first started, there were only six garment machines. Two or three years later, Chen Baixiang opened three factories one after another, with a net worth of over ten million yuan and bought five cars. But then it went downhill, and when the garment factories closed down, there were still millions of pieces of clothing left. Chen Baixiang went to the Middle East with millions of pieces of clothing by himself, and traded with pirates in the Middle East. He asked the pirates to sell clothes to him. If he sold a piece of clothing, the pirates would get a commission of one dollar. It took three or four years to sell out all the clothes.
