Mawangdui Daoyin Shu music.

Mawangdui Daoyin Technique is a fitness method based on the Western Han Dynasty silk painting "Daoyin Picture" unearthed in Changsha, Hunan. Health Qigong Mawangdui Daoyin Technique focuses on guiding along the meridians, following the form and mind, and emphasizes the opening, closing, lifting and falling of the body movements, rotation, flexion and extension, to achieve the effect of fitness and nourishing the mind.

"Health Qigong: Mawangdui Daoyinshu Exercises and Music" is one of the new exercises organized and created by the Health Qigong Management Center of the State General Administration of Sports. The research task is undertaken by Shanghai Institute of Sport.
