Take the China Conservatory of Music’s social and artistic level examination as an example: there are 10 levels, with level 10 being the highest level. Anyone who loves music and has a certain drum foundation (no restrictions on age, region, occupation, education level, etc.) can sign up. Candidates applying for level 10 must have a level 9 professional certificate from the same grading institution before they can apply.
