The entire park is roughly divided into two parts, Phase I and Phase II. The two parts of the park are interconnected and open 24 hours a day. The main attractions that attract the attention of tourists in the entire park include the Musical Fountain in the Fountain Square on Heping Road (Park Phase I) and the dry spray fountain in Citizen Square on Changguo Road (Park Phase II).

Opening hours of dry fountain at Changguo Road (Park Phase II) Citizen Square
