Do not use dwgprops: "File Drawing Properties". The two gave different answers. The latter gives the operating system records.

"Menu-Tools-Query-Time" queries the time recorded by ACAD.

For the same file, the answers of the two queries are different. See figure:

The Graphic Features method cannot query the copied and cut files.

"Tools-Query-Time" can display the original actual creation time of the file.

However, if you copy all the graphics, create a new file, copy the past and save it as a new file, you will not be able to find the real creation time.
