Hebei village is located in the southeast of Qiangaomiao Township, 9 kilometers away from the township government. Because it is located on the north bank of Tanghe River, it is named Hebei. It faces cangtai town, tanghe county across the Tanghe River in the east, Wanguo Village in the south, Donggaoying Village in the west, Xuzhai Village and Shilou Village in the northwest and north respectively.
