Meticulous painting, also known as "fine painting", is one of the categories of Chinese painting techniques. It depicts scenery with meticulous brushwork, as opposed to freehand brushwork. Meticulous painting is a kind of meticulous painting, such as courtyard painting in Song Dynasty and figure painting in Chou Ying in Ming Dynasty.
