Queen Mary refers to the Scottish Mary I. She was born in 1542 and became the Queen of Scotland in 1567. However, her struggles with many relatives and political opponents led her to be executed by Queen Elizabeth of Jingtian in 1587.
Bloody Mary refers to the namesake cousin of Queen Elizabeth of England, that is, Queen Mary I of Scots. During her detention, there were rumors that she started a riot and killed many British people, so she was called "bloody Mary".
Although both Mary are queens, their status, times and historical status are quite different.
