Jinzhou District, belonging to Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Liaodong Peninsula, south-central Dalian, between 38 56' ~ 39 23' north latitude and12126' ~19' east longitude. The total area is 2299 square kilometers. As of July 2022, the permanent population of Jinzhou District in Dalian was 1, 6 1, 000. Jinzhou district has a humid and semi-humid monsoon climate in the south temperate zone. As of 202 1 and 10, Jinzhou district has 25 streets under its jurisdiction. The district government is located at Jinma Road 199.

Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, Danda Expressway, Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway, Danda Expressway and other expressways, national and provincial trunk highways and railways meet here. Historical evolution:

In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), the Jinxian government was established, which was under the joint administrative office of Lvda University.

1950, changed to Lvda City.

1966, changed to institutions in southern Liaoning province.
