Alias: Tin Phosphorus Bronze
Phosphor bronze contains 2% ~ 8% of tin, 0. 1% ~ 0.4% of phosphorus, and the rest is copper alloy. Mainly used as wear-resistant parts and elastic elements.
Main brands: China QSn 10- 1, QSn6.5-0. 1, QSn7-0.2, QSn8-0.3, QSn4-3 C5 19 1? C52 10 C5 1900 Main chemical components: copper, lead, iron, tin, zinc and phosphorus. Shanghai Xiangqi Metal Team looks forward to your consultation!
Main uses: mainly used as wear-resistant parts and elastic elements. Computer connectors, mobile phone connectors, high-tech industry connectors, springs, switches, slots, buttons, electrical connectors, lead frames, vibrating plates and terminals of electronic products, etc. Phosphor bronze has higher corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and will not produce sparks when it hits. Used for medium speed and heavy load bearings, working temperature is 250℃. It has the characteristics of self-aligning, insensitivity to deflection, uniform bearing capacity of the shaft, high bearing capacity, bearing radial load at the same time, self-lubrication and maintenance-free. Tin-phosphorus bronze is a kind of alloy copper, which has good conductivity and is not easy to heat. Tin-phosphorus bronze plug spring adopts hard wire electrical structure, without rivet connection or friction contact, which can ensure good contact, good elasticity and smooth insertion. The alloy has excellent cutting performance and chip forming performance, and can quickly shorten the processing time of parts.
