Langfang Teachers College is a provincial undergraduate normal college in state-owned universities. Its school-running history can be traced back to Anci Teachers' Workshop in 19 14, renamed Anci Simple Normal School in 1946, transformed into Langfang Normal School in Hebei Province in 1956, and upgraded to Langfang Normal College in 1964. Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2000, it was upgraded to Langfang Teachers College again, which is one of the first two universities in Hebei Province. In 2005, with the approval of Hebei Provincial People's Government, Hebei Vocational and Technical College merged to form the new Langfang Normal College. 20 16 was confirmed as the project construction unit authorized by the master's degree. 20 18 passed the examination and evaluation of undergraduate teaching work by the Ministry of Education with excellent results, and was approved as the second batch of pilot universities for application transformation and development in Hebei Province in 2020.
The school is located in Langfang, the center of Beijing, Tianjin and An Xiong, close to Daxing International Airport, Xiong Jing High-speed Railway, Beijing-Taiwan and Beijing-Shanghai. The school is divided into Langfang Campus and Airport Campus, covering an area of 6.5438+0.03 million square meters. At present, there are full-time college students 19468 and faculty 1435, including full-time teachers 1058, full-time senior titles17, 405 associate senior titles, 304 doctors and 725 masters. There are 38 institutions in the school, including party and government administrative institutions 14 and teaching auxiliary institutions, including teaching units 17. There are 30 research institutions at or above the prefecture level, hosting 5 kinds of academic journals.
