Meng Lianggu, located at the junction of southeast Mengyin County and west of yinan county, belongs to Mengshan Mountain System, with the main peak with the same name at an altitude of 536 meters and the highest peak with an altitude of 575.2 meters. It is one of the "seventy-two" in Yimeng Mountain area.

Meng Lianggu and its surrounding mountainous areas are the watershed of Wenhe River and Menghe River, tributaries of yi river, from which many tributaries of these two rivers originate. There are coal mines in Beizhuang, jiepai town and Liusanzhuang, Duozhuang Town in the southwest of Meng Lianggu. There are Meng Lianggu Forest Farm and North Forest Farm in yinan county, Meng Lianggu. Rich in forest resources, the National Forest Park has been developed. On the west side, there is a red tourist area, Meng Lianggu Tourist Area (Hero Meng Lianggu Theme Park Scenic Area). It is also a part of Yimeng Mountain World Geopark.

Historical origin:

It was named after Meng Liangzeng, a famous anti-Liao warrior in the Northern Song Dynasty. 1947 became famous at home and abroad after the war in Meng Lianggu. According to legend, Meng Liang, the general of the Yang family army in the Song Dynasty, was stationed here, hence the name. 1947 In May, the East China Field Army annihilated the 74th Division of the elite Kuomintang troops and a reinforcement unit, with more than 32,000 people, and its division commander Zhang was killed. Meng Lianggu is famous at home and abroad.

The main scenic spots in Meng Lianggu Tourist Area are Menglianggu National Forest Park, Menglianggu Campaign Monument and Menglianggu Campaign Memorial Hall. Menglianggu National Forest Park covers an area of 800 hectares. There is a monument to the Battle of Meng Lianggu on the main peak of Meng Lianggu, and there is a memorial to the Battle of Meng Lianggu at the foot of the mountain, which is now a patriotic education base in Shandong Province.
