If the candidate has passed four subjects, he or she can apply for the musicology or music performance major; if the candidate has passed three subjects [vocal singing or instrumental performance (choose one), music theory, sight-singing and ear training], he or she can apply for the musicology or music performance major. Can only apply for music performance majors.
The full score for each subject is 100 points. The total score for three doors is 300 points, and the total score for four doors is 400 points.
Shanxi music majors: full score is 100 points. Dictation accounts for 14%, music theory and sight-singing account for 8% each, and singing (playing) accounts for 70%.
