Zhejiang Conservatory of Music is a university established by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, the Chinese people and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The predecessor of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music is Hangzhou Normal University Conservatory of Music, which was founded in 1982. On November 16th, 214, it was formally established with the approval of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Education. On March 1, 216, it was formally established with the approval of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

cooperation and exchange

As of May 218, the school has signed inter-school cooperation agreements with many internationally renowned music schools, such as Austrian Mozart Conservatory, royal academy of music, Royal Northern Conservatory of Music, Liszt University of Music in Hungary, University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, and initiated the establishment of the "China-Central and Eastern European Countries Music School Alliance" with 15 music schools in Central and Eastern Europe to carry out international cooperation and exchange.
