You can use Aiqi Video electronic photo album production software.

1. First run the Aiqi Video electronic photo album creation software, click Add Pictures, and select some picture files.

2. Hover in the upper left corner of an image for 1 second, click the pencil button, and enter to set effects, text, etc.

3. Click Add Music and select an audio file such as mp3.

4. Click Start Production in the lower right corner of the program.

5. Set the output format, output file name, and output directory, click Start Production - OK, and you are done.
