How to make music run through the entire ppt

1. Tools: Software: Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 or higher, a background music file to be inserted, a stack of prepared slides

2. Operation steps:

1 First, open the ppt file you want to add music to, as shown in the picture.

2 Select "Insert - Videos and Sounds - Sound in File" in the menu bar.

3PowerPoint pops up the following dialog box. Find the music file you want to add to the slideshow in the dialog box and click OK.

4 Under normal circumstances, PPT will pop up such a dialog box. It depends on whether you want the music to start playing as soon as the slide show starts, or whether you want it to start playing with another click of the mouse. In general, select "Auto".

5At this time, a small speaker icon will appear in the center of the slide, proving that the music has been embedded in the PPT.

6 Music has been inserted, as shown in the picture, right-click the small speaker icon and select "Custom Animation" in the drop-down menu. A new module will appear in the sidebar as shown in the picture.

7 Right-click the music you just inserted, select "Timing" in the drop-down menu, and a dialog box will pop up.

8 Switch the tab to "Effects" and fill in the required number in "After XX slides" in the "Stop Playing" column in the picture. If you want music to run throughout, just fill in the serial number of the last slide and click "OK". If the number filled in is too large, the music will still flow throughout without any impact.

10 Press F5 to preview the slide, and when you hear the music sound, switch again, and the music will continue until all slides have been played.

11Finally, switch the tab back to "Timing" and select "Until the end of the slide" in the drop-down box as shown. In this way, the music will be repeated if it has not reached the end.
