Interview requirements
1. Undergraduate degree;
Vocal music major: two self-selected works from different periods and styles, at least one from an opera or religious drama For arias, interviewees may be asked to improvise; for composition majors: prepare at least three self-composed pieces, with a high-quality recording of at least one of them.
Instrumental performance: Two self-selected works from different periods and styles. The interviewer may be asked to improvise. Percussion Major: Applicants will be asked to play timpani, jazz drums, snare drums, and tuned percussion instruments.
2. Postgraduate students
Vocal music: prepare at least 3 works in 3 European languages ??(including English); composition: students submit audition works in advance (preferably with recordings) , need to discuss with the interviewer during the interview; instrumental performance: about 15 minutes (orchestral excerpts); piano accompaniment: complete the performance of 3 works with a singer ***, and prepare a piano solo and improvisation.
Jazz performance: perform two works of different styles according to the provided passages, and complete a short personal adaptation; conductor: prepare a 20-minute conducting video, which can be a special performance The conductor can also be videotaped.
