1. Waiting for the exam: Candidates should arrive at the exam location on time with their interview admission ticket and ID card, and enter the waiting room to wait for the exam.

2. Question selection: According to the arrangement of the test site, log in to the interview assessment software system. The computer randomly selects a question from the question bank. After the candidate confirms, the system prints the list of questions. Then candidates prepare lessons: Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation papers and test question lists, write lesson plans (or demonstrate activity plans), and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

3. Answer the prescribed questions. The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the examinee takes 5 minutes to answer them. Candidates conduct a trial lecture/demonstration: Candidates conduct a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared lesson plan (or activity plan), which lasts 10 minutes.

4. Defense: The examiner will ask questions around the content of the candidate’s trial lecture (or demonstration) and test items, and the candidate will respond for 5 minutes.
