Chapter 1 General Provisions

Chapter 4 Admission Rules

Article 13 Candidates must take the art unified examination organized by the province in accordance with the requirements of the province. Chapter 5 Freshman Admissions

Article 19 Freshmen admitted according to national admissions regulations should present their admission notice and their ID card and submit the application in accordance with the relevant requirements of the college Please go to the school within the prescribed time limit to complete the admission procedures. Freshmen who are drafted into the military are required to go through the relevant procedures to retain their admission qualifications within the specified time. Those who cannot enroll on time for some reason should ask for leave from the school. The leave period generally does not exceed 15 days. Those who fail to apply for leave or who apply for leave overdue will be deemed to have given up their admission qualifications, except for legitimate reasons such as force majeure.

Article 20 When new students register, the college will conduct a preliminary review of the new students' admission qualifications in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Students in General Colleges and Universities". Those who pass the review will go through the admission procedures and be registered as students. After the new students are admitted, the college will conduct a professional level review of the new students in accordance with the national admissions regulations, "Tianjin Conservatory of Music Student Status Management Regulations" and other relevant rules and regulations. Article 21 After new students enroll, they must go through the student registration procedures every semester. If they cannot register as scheduled, their registration will be suspended or not registered in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Students in General Colleges and Universities" and the "Regulations on the Student Status Management of Tianjin Conservatory of Music" . During the student's study period, the college will train the students according to the teaching plan. Students' transfer of majors shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Student Management Regulations of General Colleges and Universities" and "Student Management Regulations of Tianjin Conservatory of Music".

Article 22 All freshmen must pay to attend school. Undergraduate tuition fees are: 12,000 yuan/academic year for art and technology majors and 15,000 yuan/academic year for other majors. The college implements a scholarship system to reward students with excellent academic performance. The financial aid policy and related procedures for students from families with financial difficulties are implemented in accordance with the relevant policies on student aid for higher education institutions and the regulations of our school.

Article 23 After new students enroll, their living conditions will be handled in accordance with relevant national regulations. Article 24 Students should bring their own musical instruments except for large musical instruments, pianos and harps. Those who have real difficulties can apply to the college for leasing.

Article 25: Students who complete the required studies and meet the graduation standards will be awarded a full-time general higher education diploma from Tianjin Conservatory of Music. Graduates who meet the relevant requirements for degrees in our college will be awarded a bachelor's degree. Degree certificates are issued.

Chapter 6 Supplementary Provisions

Article 26 This charter only applies to undergraduate enrollment this year.

Article 27 This charter has been reviewed and approved by the general undergraduate admissions leadership group of Tianjin Conservatory of Music and submitted to the superior authority for review.

Article 28 This Article of Association shall come into effect upon its promulgation. All previous policies and regulations regarding enrollment in our hospital that are inconsistent with this Articles of Association will be abolished and the provisions of this Articles of Association shall prevail.

Article 29 During the admissions consultation process, the consultation content of our school’s consultants is only for the reference of candidates and parents, and does not belong to the school’s admissions.
