The Jieyang Musical Fountain is located in the center of the North River of the Rongjiang River in front of the Jieyang Municipal Government Office Building in Guangdong Province. The main fountain has a designed height of 188 meters and can reach a maximum of 191.25 meters. It is the tallest musical fountain in Asia. The height of Jieyang Music Fountain exceeds the 169 meters of Heyuan Music Fountain and is the largest floating platform in the world.

It is reported that Jieyang Music Fountain performed for the first time on the evening of July 12, 2006. In addition, it is the tallest and longest musical fountain on the river in China.
