The School of Arts of Qiqihar University is located on the banks of the beautiful Labor Lake in Qiqihar City, the hometown of the famous red-crowned crane, a charming city in China, and is a base for cultivating art design, music, and fine arts talents in the western region of Heilongjiang Province. The college has an art center building of 24,000 square meters.
