The connotation of Poomsae in the first chapter of Tai Chi:
The set of movements in the first chapter of Tai Chi is the use of "Qian" (Heaven) in the Bagua. "" is the first hexagram of Bagua. Tai Chi is the source of all things, starting from Qian. There is light and rain in the sky - these two are necessary for the beginning, growth and continuation of nature. The sky began and the earth formed. Human life begins on the earth, but its continuation lies in the sky. The hexagrams of Bagua symbolically express all phenomena of man, nature and the universe. (Jianye! The first chapter of Tai Chi is characterized by stance and simple walking. The movements include the basic movements of lower block, middle block, and upper move. Composed of blocking, straight punches and front kicks, it is a compulsory poomsae for level 8 Taekwondo.
Note: When moving left or right or turning around, use the sole of your front foot as the axis. Blocking, front kicks and straight punches must be completed simultaneously. The path of lunge movement is a straight line.

The second chapter of Tai Chi is a set of movements that express "joy" (dui) in the Bagua, which represents the swamp. The new movements in Chapter 2 of Tai Chi include upper straight punches and front kicks. The goal of practicing Tai Chi Chapter 2 is to further train the body's coordination, especially the ups and downs of the body center. It is a compulsory Poomsae course for level 7 Taekwondo.
Note: Front kicks and straight punches must be completed simultaneously. When blocking once on the left and right in the center, rotate on the sole of the forefoot.

The connotation of Poomsae in the three chapters of Tai Chi:
The three chapters of Tai Chi represent "li" (fire), which is the difference between humans and animals, because humans can use fire and ignite fire. Give people light, warmth, heat and hope. Be versatile and enthusiastic when performing movements. (Reiye! Represents light and hope)
The new moves in Chapter 4 of Tai Chi include one-handed knife neck attack and one-handed knife mid- and outer block. The new stance is three to seven steps, and the technical feature is to punch twice in a row and then quickly block the opponent's attack. It is a compulsory poomsae course for level 6 Taekwondo.
Note: During the thirty-seventh step, the distance between the toes of the front toes and the heels of the back heels is three feet apart. When blocking with a one-handed knife, the blocking hand knife passes from the hip joint to the shoulder and then blocks. When starting the one-handed knife attack on the neck, relax and straighten the auxiliary arm at the same height as the chest. After the front kick, the two straight punches should be performed simultaneously.

The connotation of Poomsae in the four chapters of Tai Chi:
The four chapters of Tai Chi represent "shock" (thunder), which makes people afraid and frightened. Its principle tells people to remain calm and brave when facing danger, waiting for the blue sky and sunshine to appear. (Move! Express the power and momentum of thunder)
The new movements in the four chapters of Tai Chi include hand-knife parry, swallow hand-knife neck attack, flat-hand point thrust, middle and outer block, back punch and front strike, and legwork It is a side kick, etc., and is a compulsory poomsae for level 5 Taekwondo.
Note: The movement of the center of gravity should not fluctuate too much. When punching forward with a back fist, the punch is punched outward from the inside of the auxiliary arm. When Yanzi attacks the neck with his hand knife, the shoulder should be turned to the left at a 45-degree angle. When doing two side kicks, place both fists on your chest. Between the two side kicks, complete the first side kick and form a walk, and then complete the next side kick.
