The extraction method is as follows:

1. Click the "Utility Toolbox" App icon on the mobile phone desktop to open the application.

2. Click "Extraction Tools" on the main page of "Utility Toolbox".

3. Click "Video Extract Audio" in the expanded list.

4. Click "Select" on the right side of the text box in the "Video Audio Extraction" window.

5. Click "Gallery" or "File Management" in the "Recent" function window. Here we select "Gallery".

6. In the "Video" window, click on the video file from which music needs to be extracted.

7. Click the check mark in the upper right corner of the "Video" preview window.

8. Click "Extract" in the "Video Audio Extraction" window.

9. The App will extract the audio content in the video based on the size of the video file, and the "Extraction Successful" window will pop up after the operation is completed. Here we need to note the saving path of the MP3 file.

10. According to the recorded file path, you can obtain the music files extracted from the video.
