Xiong Youtang, male, born in 1977, is a villager in Honglaochi Village, Nanqiu Township, Huan County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province. He once studied music at Shandong Music College. He has a bright and deep voice and is keen on bel canto and shadow puppetry. He is known locally as "Qingyang Tengger" because he imitates Tengger both physically and spiritually. He qualified for the competition with a good score of 150th in the 2014 Avenue of Stars audition among 160,000 people.

On May 24, 2014, in the third game of the 2014 April season weekly competition of CCTV's "Avenue of Stars", Xiong Youtang, a farmer from Huan County, Qingyang County, our province, conquered all the audience. Pass all the levels and win the weekly championship of "Avenue of Stars".
