(4) When the hotel is open, it shall not affect the rest, life and environmental sanitation of the surrounding residents.

(3) Establish and improve security agencies, equip security personnel and purchase security equipment. Improve the system of registration, custody, doorman, visitor, on duty, ward round, report, etc., and be responsible for implementing the responsibility system for public security;
(4) accept the safety guidance, supervision and inspection of public security organs, be responsible for organizing staff to check wanted criminals or stolen goods, and assist public security personnel in performing official duties. Article 11 The main duties of hotel staff in hotel public security management are as follows:
(1) When discovering criminals, criminals wanted by public security organs, property reported for search, and suspicious persons, they should immediately report to the public security organs and do a good job of control;
(2) When a case or accident occurs in the hotel, you should immediately report it to the local police station, protect the scene, truthfully report the situation and assist in the investigation and handling;
(3) If prohibited items and suspicious items are found, they should immediately report to the public security organ and wait for handling. Article 12 The main duties of public security organs in the management of public security in hotels are:
(1) to supervise and guide hotels to establish various safety management systems and implement safety precautions;
(2) Assist the hotel to train the staff on safety business knowledge;
(3) investigate and deal with illegal and criminal activities in hotels according to law, and organize hotel staff to assist in the investigation of criminals and the search for stolen goods;
(4) carrying out safety inspection, verification (or replacement) on hotels, ensuring their legal operation, investigating and punishing those responsible for violating the public security management regulations of the hotel industry and the person in charge of the hotel, and handling hotels that have become illegal activities in conjunction with the administrative departments for industry and commerce according to law. Thirteenth hotels must check the resident identity card when receiving passengers. Fill in the passenger accommodation registration card or passenger registration book one by one according to the specified items.
