Ten-year-old Jesse Aarons (Josh Hutcherson) is always the target of bullying. He just gets angry at school. I was also tortured to the end by my five sisters at home. The only thing that made Jesse proud was that he was the fastest boy in the fourth grade of Skylark Creek Elementary School. So Jesse trained all summer, hoping to maintain the record and still become the fastest kid in the school.
