Guangzhou Construction Project Bidding Management Office (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Bidding Office) is a directly affiliated unit of Guangzhou Urban and Rural Construction Committee, entrusted by Guangzhou Urban and Rural Construction Committee, and is responsible for the supervision and management of the bidding activities of central, provincial and municipal housing construction projects and municipal infrastructure projects within the administrative area of Guangzhou.

The main functions of the municipal bidding office are:

First, the implementation of national, provincial and municipal laws, regulations, principles and policies on construction project bidding;

Two, entrusted by the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Committee, responsible for the supervision and management of construction project bidding activities according to law, accepting complaints from bidders and other interested parties, and organizing the investigation and handling of illegal bid evaluation experts;
