Yongding 1
Yongding Tulou is located in Yongding County, Longyan City, Fujian Province on the southeast coast of China. Yongding, a pure Hakka county, has the largest number of earth buildings in Fujian, with more than 23,000. It is a unique and magical mountain residential building in the world, and a wonderful work of ancient architecture in China. In July 2008, it was successfully listed in the World Heritage List.
2. Nanjing
Nanjing tulou is a kind of tulou in southern Fujian. Refers to the earth buildings all over the mountainous areas of Nanjing, Hua 'an, Pinghe, Zhao 'an, Xiao Yun and Zhangpu in Zhangzhou City. They are famous for their long history, large number, large scale, strange shape and unique style, and are known as "mythical mountain architecture". Fujian tulou came into being in Song Dynasty and gradually matured in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
3. Peace
Pinghe tulou is an important part of the tulou in southern Fujian. There were 476 tulou in Pinghe County during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. According to Pinghe County Records, the earliest known earth building in Pinghe County is Yan 'an Building in Xinqiao Village, Xiaoxi Town, which was built in the 11th year of Wanli in Ming Dynasty (1583). In the long history of more than 400 years, Pinghe people have built their homes with their own intelligence.
4. Zhao 'an
Zhaoan Tulou is located in Tianlou, 55 kilometers north of Nanzhao Town, Zhaoan County. It belongs to Dabian Village, Guanbei Town. It was built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty and located in the northeast to southwest. From a close distance, it is a circular building village, and from a high place, it is a gossip structure. The building is three stories high, about 1 1 meter high. There are three walls outside the village, three temples inside, two floors outside and three floors in the middle. There are 320 houses outside and in the middle.
5. Jinjiang Building in Zhangpu
Jinjiang Building, located in Jinjiang Natural Village, Jin Dong Village, Zhangpu County, was founded by Lin Shengze in the fifty-sixth year of Qing Qianlong (179 1). In the eighth year of Qing Jiaqing (1803), his wife Li Canguan continued to build the middle circle, and later generations continued to build the outer circle. It is a round earth building with three corridors, high inside and low outside. It is a mixture of stone and concrete.
