After watching it, my first feeling was that a good revolutionary war film was made into a youth film, but I was relieved to see that the director was Liu Weiqiang. However, Liu Weiqiang's mistake was not that he turned the man who became a founding general many years later into a little fresh meat, nor that he played it too lightly, but that he got a basic fact wrong. "Building the Army" is not a counter-attack story. Those people in the film were not driven to the end of their tether and chose to change their flags. They were originally Gao Fushuai. If they choose to stay in the Kuomintang, they can completely lose their high positions and even their wealth.
