The earliest local military organization of China * * * Production Party is the Central Bureau of the Central Soviet Area, which was established in 193 1 Jiangxi Ruijin. At the end of the same year, the Chinese Soviet Provisional Central Government was established in Ruijin, Jiangxi. Zhu De served as the Chinese Soviet chairman of the Central Military Commission, the earliest Central Military Commission in the history of China.

1September, 930, after the Third Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, in order to strengthen the leadership of Soviet areas, the central government decided to set up representative organs at the central level-the central bureaus and sub-bureaus of all Soviet areas. On June 5th, 193 1, 1,, Xiang Ying, Zhu De, Ren,,, Hunan-Jiangxi Border Special Committee 65433 was a member of the C.O. of the Central Soviet Area.

At the beginning of the establishment of the Soviet C.O., the organization was not perfect and the personnel could not be in place. It always works with the headquarters of the Red Army and moved from Yongfeng Longgang to Ruijin in September of 193 1. 1933, after the temporary central government moved from Shanghai to Ruijin, it merged with the Central Soviet Area C.O. to form a new C.O..
