Nanjing Institute of Technology is a fully funded institution headed by the Provincial Department of Education, located atNo. 1, Hongjing Avenue, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province.

In order to better select outstanding talents, enrich the talent team and optimize the structure of teachers, Nanjing Institute of Technology is now openly recruiting outstanding talents for the society.

According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

This recruitment of fresh graduates must graduate before 65438+February 3, 20231and obtain academic degree certificate, and there is still no work unit.

Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 and 2022 who have not completed their work units, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate school, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies, public employment service agencies, and those who have graduated at the same time abroad and completed their academic qualifications but have not completed their work units, can apply for the positions of fresh graduates.

Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.

(six) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and our province.

Second, registration.

(1) Time, place and method of registration

Applicants register through the "Open Recruitment Platform for Institutions in Jiangsu Province", and photo uploading and qualification preliminary examination are conducted simultaneously through the network.

(2) Online confirmation

(1) 24 hours after the applicants submit their registration information online (postponed on holidays), they can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit).

(2) There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination.

(3) Failure to confirm the registration qualification and upload photos online on time shall be deemed invalid.

(3) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.

Our school conducts audit according to the information provided by the candidates.

Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.

2. This recruitment is a long-term recruitment position, and there is no test opening ratio.

7 working days after the announcement, according to the registration situation, organize the assessment by yourself.

The position stops when it is full.

3. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.

After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.

Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.

Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.

4. In any of the following circumstances, please do not apply:

(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;

(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;

③ The new measures for open recruitment of institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the public recruitment announcement of public institutions issued later, the personnel who have been employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province have not served for three years.

Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures

(1) Qualification examination

Before the exam, our school will examine the qualifications of candidates, and candidates must submit the original and 1 copies of the following materials:

1. ID cards, academic qualifications, degree certificates, professional and technical post qualification certificates, academic achievements and other relevant supporting materials obtained at various stages;

2. Domestic fresh graduates provide the original transcripts issued by their institutions and the recommendation form for graduates' two-way employment choice uniformly printed by the provincial education administrative department;

3. Those who have obtained academic qualifications outside the country (territory) shall provide the certification certificate issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

Candidates who pass the qualification review will be notified of the specific assessment time and place by telephone, SMS or email, and those who fail to participate in the assessment according to the notification requirements will be deemed to have given up automatically.

appraisal procedure

1. Assessment method: ① Trial lecture; 2 interview.

2. The content of the trial lecture focuses on the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability related to the requirements of the recruitment position, mainly testing the educational and teaching ability of the candidates, and evaluating the classroom teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching effect.

At the same time, examine the candidates' professional knowledge and the level and ability to solve practical problems with professional knowledge.

70 points (full score 100) is considered as qualified.

3. The interview is conducted according to the interview method formulated by our school, which mainly tests the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality needed to perform the job responsibilities.

The qualified line of interview results is 70 points (full score 100).

4. Calculate the total score of candidates with a percentage system.

The total score is 100, and the candidates will be informed of the trial and interview results on the spot.

Calculation method of post final score: final score = trial score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

If the total score is tied, it will be ranked according to the interview results.

If the interview results are the same, the ranking will be determined by interview and test.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

After the examination, the total score of candidates shall be determined according to the total score calculation method, and among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall also conform to the physical examination standard for teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province.

The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.

The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.

The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.

If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, it will not be replenished.

After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.

For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Nanjing Institute of Technology will handle the relevant employment procedures, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period.

After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.

If the personnel to be employed generally conclude an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years (inclusive), in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to law, they should also serve in the school for 3 years (including the probation period).
