Zhanggong Liquor is a specialty of Ningling County, Henan Province, and a symbolic product of chinese national geography. According to reports, Zhanggong Liquor takes abundant local high-quality wheat and sorghum as raw materials, high-temperature koji and medium-temperature koji as saccharifying and fermenting agents, uses pure Gu Quan well water for pulping, solid-state fermentation, mixed steaming of Laowu Zan, pit mud culture with peanut cake, vegetable leaves, apples and Daqu powder, slow gas distillation, low-temperature fermentation, and appropriate extension of storage period. Long-term moderate drinking has the functions of regulating qi, promoting blood circulation, moistening throat, refreshing and improving health. It is full-bodied, full of cellar fragrance, clear and transparent, sweet and cold, with a long and clean aftertaste, mellow and palatable. And wine is divided into high-alcohol wine and low-alcohol wine, and the originator of low-alcohol wine is Zhanggong wine. So there is no alcohol on the package.
