After Liao destroyed the Bohai Sea, it was renamed Huanglongfu and Huanglong County was established.
In the seventh year of Baoning in Liao Dynasty (975), the Shoujiang of Huanglongfu rebelled and killed Governor Zhang Cong. Liao sent troops to suppress the rebellion. After Emperor Shengzong of Liao moved Huanglongfu back to the ancient city (Nong 'an) again. In order to avoid the same name, he changed the one-sided city from Huanglongfu to Tongzhou, and the ancient city (Nong 'an) was still called Huanglongfu. It governs five states (Gaizhou, Anyuan, Weizhou, Qingzhou and Yongzhou) and three counties (Huanglong, Qian Min and Yongping), belonging to Tokyo Road (now Liaoyang, Liaoning). During the reign of Emperor Xing in Liao Dynasty, Huaide County was set up in Yitong River in the northeast to govern Xiangzhou (now Wanjinta Township in Nong 'an). In the sixth year of Liao Dynasty (1037), Liao set up an envoy in the lower reaches of Heilongjiang Province, under the jurisdiction of five Nuzhen departments, which belonged to Huanglongfu.
In the harvest year (1 1 15), A Gu defeated Liao. After the establishment of the State of Jin, Huang was once the capital, and Jin Tianhui invaded Kaifeng in the fourth year (1 126), taking away Hui Di and Qin Emperor. In the third year of Jin Dynasty (1 140), Huanglongfu was changed to Jeju and Lishe County was established. Later, it was renamed Longzhou in the 29th year of Jin Dading (1 189) because it had the same name as Jeju in Shandong Province and Huanglongfu had long been known as Longzhou. In the second year of Jin Zhenyou (12 14), the state was promoted to the government, which was called Long 'an House, also known as Long 'an House. It was ruled by the government and belonged to Shangjing Road.

Later, Kaiyuan Road Administration moved to Xianping (now Kaiyuan City), and the ancient city of Huanglongfu was abandoned. Since then, it has gradually become a ruin in the smoke of war.
In the eighth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1375), it was under the jurisdiction of 30,000 guards in Liaodong. In the first year of Yongle, it belonged to Yidong Hewei, the commander-in-chief of Nuergan, and was named Long 'an Station. In the middle of the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Harvey without beams, and in the last year of the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Horqin Department of Mongolia, becoming a nomadic place for Mongolians.
In the early Qing dynasty, it belonged to the nomadic land of Guoerluosi Qianqi. In the fifty-sixth year of Qingganlong (179 1 year), refugees were recruited to cultivate seeds, and in the fifth year of Jiaqing (1800), Changchun Hall was established, and Nong 'an belonged to Changchun Hall. In the eighth year of Guangxu (1882), more and more refugees came here to farm, so they set up a farm in Nong 'an City, which belonged to Changchun Hall. In the 15th year of Guangxu (1889), Changchun Hall was upgraded to a government office, and Nong 'an County was formally established, belonging to Changchun House.
In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), on September 7th, an envoy was set up to help farmers, and the department was located in Nong 'an County under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province. In the third year of the Republic of China (19 14), the northeast implemented a three-level management system of province, road and county, and Nong 'an was subordinate to Jichang Road, Jilin Province. In the 18th year of the Republic of China (1929), the Northeast Administrative Committee was established, and the county was directly under the jurisdiction of Jilin Province. In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), it was returned to the Jihe administrative region after the "August 15 th" recovery; 65438+was occupied by the Kuomintang army in February. In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1946), it was liberated and came under the jurisdiction of Qijiang District. In February of the same year, Changnong County was established in Laoqianguitun, Guo Qian County, which belongs to Qijiang District. In May of the same year, it belonged to the third district of Liaoji District, and in September it was changed to the second district of Liaoji District.
1April, 949, it was assigned to Jilin Province, and Changnong County was abandoned.
