1. Huatai Securities, namely Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiangsu Securities Company, was established in 1990 and 65438+February. It is the first comprehensive brokerage company approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission, and also one of the earliest brokers in China to obtain the qualification of innovation pilot.

In July 2007, Huatai Securities was rated as Class A and Class A by China Securities Regulatory Commission in the first classified rating of securities brokers, and was awarded Class A and Class A qualification in July 2008.
