Did Zhang Wuji end up with Zhou Zhiruo?
First, the original works of Jin Yong's novels have been revised twice with different endings.

1) Original: Zhou Zhiruo repented, became a nun, and stayed with the ancient Buddha all his life, but such an ending aroused the dissatisfaction of many people and even Jin Yong's close friends.

2) The second edition: Zhou Zhiruo is still the head of Emei after confessing, but in the end, when Zhang Wuji promised to give Zhao a thrush, he suddenly appeared in the window of Zhang Wuji and asked Zhang Wuji with a smile: "Brother Wuji, have you promised me anything?"

The ending of this version is extremely suspenseful, probably because Jin Yong himself didn't know how to choose, so he boldly left the ending to the audience's own reverie.

3) New revised edition: Continuing the second edition, after Zhou Zhiruo asked questions outside the window, Zhang Wuji went out to answer Zhiruo. If cheese asked Zhang Wuji not to marry Zhao Min, Zhang Wuji agreed, saying not to marry Zhao Min, but also to have children. Zhang Wuji also fantasized that Li Yin had become beautiful and came back to find her. Xiao Zhao came back to him from Persia.

This ending is very bloody. Father King got old and changed his mind. Basically, everyone ignored the ending of this version.

Second, the original ending of the second edition

Zhao Min saw that Zhang Wuji had finished writing the letter to Yang Xiao, and the brush in his hand had not been put down, which seemed a little unhappy. He said, "Brother Wuji, you promise me to do three things. The first thing is to lend me the Dragon Slayer Road, and the second thing is not to marry Sister Zhou in Haozhou that day. You have done these two things. There is a third thing, you can't break your word. " Zhang Wuji was taken aback and said, "You ... you ... you have a strange thing for me to do ..."

Zhao Min smiled and said, "My eyebrows are too light. Please draw a picture for me. This does not violate the chivalrous way of Wulin, does it? " Zhang Wuji raised his pen and smiled: "From now on, I will give you thrush every day."

Suddenly, someone outside the window giggled and said, "Brother Wuji, have you ever promised me one thing?" That's Zhou Zhiruo's voice. Zhang Wuji was so absorbed in writing that he didn't know when he came out of the window.

The window opened slowly, and Zhou Zhiruo's pretty face was now Gherardini by candlelight. Zhang Wuji exclaimed, "What ... what do you want me to do?" Zhou Zhiruo smiled and said, "That's when I remembered. I'm afraid I'll remember the day when you want to marry Mrs. Zhao. "

Zhang Wuji looked back at Zhao Min and then at Zhou Zhiruo. For an instant, he had mixed feelings, not knowing whether he was happy or sad. His hand trembled and a pen fell on the table.
