Pengcheng, the city of drums 1, now Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, is the original capital of the Yellow Emperor. In April of the same year, Xiang Yu became the overlord of western Chu, and Pengcheng was the capital of nine counties in Chu. In the sixth year of Emperor Gaozu (20 1 year ago), Liu Bang took his younger brother as the king of Chu, the king, the East China Sea and the East China Sea. Later, Pengcheng was also the capital of Chu State in Han Dynasty and Pengcheng Kingdom in previous dynasties, and was the provincial headquarters of the secretariat of Xuzhou in Wei, Jin, and Wuning Army in Tang and Song Dynasties. Until the Yuan Dynasty (1265), Pengcheng County was merged into Xuzhou, and in the eleventh year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1733), Tongshan County was established as Gupengcheng.
