It is imaginative to say that only a few countries and nations have records of giants, but now so many countries and nations have written records of giants, which makes people think deeply about whether giants really exist in history.
There are also many stories about giants in the history of China, such as Pangu, Kuafu's pursuit of the sun, and the cultivation of farmland with broadswords. They are all giants.
There are also records of giants in Mandarin. When wuyue was fighting for hegemony, the State of Wu attacked Yue, successfully conquered Huiji, and found a large piece of human bones. In order to transport these human bones back to Wu, a very big ship is needed. The king of Wu was not sure whether it was a man or a monster, so he sent someone to Lu to ask Confucius for advice.
Confucius revealed the secrets of giants. When Dayu called a meeting of many tribal leaders in Huiji Mountain, a tribal leader who claimed to be a windbreak was killed late. The body was dismembered and one of his bones was used to install a car. The leader of this windbreak tribe comes from Wuwei, Anhui Province, and there is also a giant town, where giants are everywhere.
The original text of Mandarin is as follows: "In the past, a group of gods were on Huiji Mountain, and the wind family followed. I killed it, and the joints were special. " Later, Sima Qian included the story of the giant in Historical Records.
As we all know, Sima Qian is a rigorous man, who recorded the story of the giant "Shi Feng". It seems that this matter is not groundless.
Another thing can also prove the fact that there were giants in ancient China, that is, the fact that Qin Shihuang took over the lance of the world and cast twelve gold men in Xianyang.
The twelve giants cast by Qin Shihuang were all real people. This story was recorded by historians of the Han Dynasty in Hanshu. The original text is as follows: "In the twenty-sixth year of Qin Shihuang, adults five feet long and six feet long were all dressed. 12 people were found in Tao Tao. ..... When I was that year, when I just merged with the six countries, I thought I was very happy, and I sold all the weapons in the world and became a gold man. "
In the twenty-sixth year of Qin Shihuang, that is, in 220 BC, Qin Shihuang had just completed the great cause of annexing six countries. As luck would have it, this year, near Tao Jian (now Min County, Gansu Province), there were twelve giants who were five feet tall and six feet long and dressed in strange clothes. Qin Shihuang thought it was a good omen, so he collected weapons from all over the world and cast a bronze statue of 12 in the image of a giant.
There is no doubt that Qin Shihuang cast twelve golden men. "Historical Records of the First Qin Emperor" also records: "In the twenty-sixth year, soldiers from all over the world gathered in Xianyang and sold them as Zhong Yi and Twelve Jin people, each weighing thousands of stones and moving to the palace."
Therefore, Qin Shihuang did cast twelve golden people, and it is speculated that giants did appear in those years. Otherwise, why did Qin Shihuang cast giants? Moreover, Hanshu has always been famous for its rigorous style of writing, and the credibility contained in Hanshu is extremely high.
In fact, Hanshu also recorded another historical material about giants. In volume 99 of Hanshu, Biography of Wang Mang said: In the spring of six years, Wang Mang saw many thieves ... In the evening, he even quoted Han Bo as saying: "There are strange people who are very big and came to the official residence and said that they would attack Land Rover vigorously. Claiming to be too big to bully, out of the southeast of Penglai, ..., chariots can't carry it, and Sanma can't win. On this day, four horses, four chariots and a tiger flag were built and carried by tyrants. Get a pillow and drum while lying down, and eat with iron chopsticks. May your majesty send 100 generals to meet the road for the sake of armor and clothes for running. Those who are not allowed to enter Beijing will be high. "
In 14 A.D., the sixth year of Xin Mang, the world was in chaos, the Huns disturbed the border, and insurgents rose all over the country. At this critical moment, Han Bo, then the satrap of the plastic industry, recommended a general to Wang Mang. Han Bo told Wang Mang: This strange man, who is more than three meters high and has ten waists, came to his guest's house and said he was willing to defend his majesty against the Huns! He claims to be from Penglai, Shandong Province, and his name is Big Mac. Ordinary cars can't hold him, and three horses can't move him. My liegeman bought a special cart with four horses and hung a tiger flag, and took him to Beijing to see your majesty.
This big MAC sleeps with a big drum as a pillow, eats with iron chopsticks and wears clothes made of tiger skin and leopard skin. In order to let the man pass through the city gate, they also raised and widened the door.
According to Han Bo, the Big Mac is ten feet tall and has a waistline of ten. It is simply a giant! But what is even more surprising is that the Book of the Later Han Dynasty supports this statement. If the history book "Han Shu" belongs to an isolated case, Han Shu's evidence undoubtedly increases the credibility of this matter.
Moreover, the Book of the Later Han Dynasty also said that when Wang Mang attacked outlaws, he organized an army of 400,000 men. The base of this army is Big Mac, and Big Mac is cheering with tigers, leopards, rhinos, elephants and other wild animals.
In 23 AD, the first year of the resumption, Wang Mang's army was at war with the army of Liu Xiu, Emperor Guangwu of Han Dynasty, at the gates of Kunyang. Liu Xiu and three thousand death squads beat follwed's team out of the water, and even the butch army controlled by the Big Mac was beaten to flight and fled everywhere.
History records: "Sometimes there are big and deceitful people, one foot long and ten feet big, who think they are mean;" It also drives away wild animals, tigers, leopards and rhinos to cheer for martial arts. Since the Qin and Han Dynasties started their career, nothing has ever happened. "
In ancient times, "one foot" was about 2-3 meters now. "One foot" in the Han Dynasty is equivalent to 2.3 1 m, which means that the height of the giant bully is 2.3 1 m. In ancient times, "one circumference" was equivalent to five inches, and ten circumference was equivalent to five feet.
Therefore, through the above historical materials, we have reason to believe that giants did exist in history. Of course, in addition to the above historical records, there are archaeological evidences.
In March 2005, a huge ancient tomb group was discovered in Alar, located on the northwest edge of Taklimakan Desert. Archaeologists found that during the Sui and Tang Dynasties, this place was called Kungang. Five huge coffins were unearthed from the ancient tomb. The body found in the coffin not only has blond hair, towering cheekbones and a narrow face, but also is very tall. The skeleton length of several male corpses exceeded 2.3 meters, while the skeleton length of female corpses reached 1.9 meters.
It can be seen that there really were ancients in ancient times!
