Anda City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province, managed by Suihua City, located in the hinterland of Songnen Plain in the southwest of Heilongjiang Province, with east longitude124 53'-125 55' and north latitude 46 01'-47 01'.
Anda is adjacent to five cities and counties: Cyclobalanopsis, Lanxi, Zhaodong, Zhaozhou and Lin Dian. It is located in the prime location of the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Economic Belt. It is an important node city of Harbin-Dalian Industrial Corridor and one of the key development cities in Heilongjiang Province.
The geological structure of Anda City is a part of Songliao Basin, which is located in the east of the central depression period of Songliao fault depression and has been slowly declining for a long time. The landform belongs to the alluvial terrace of Songhua River and Nenjiang River.
