Li Yiping, born in 1954, is from Zhengning County, Gansu Province. 1976 graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Northwest Normal University. In 2007, he graduated from the advanced Chinese painting class of China Artists Association. Member of China Artists Association, director of Gansu Artists Association, currently chairman of Qingyang Artists Association and president of Qingyang Painting Academy.
