Where is the ancient city of Loulan, what does it do, and who are the celebrities?
Loulan, the name of an ancient country in the western regions, was first seen in historical records. It used to be the only place where the Silk Road passed, but now only the remains are left. It is located in the north of Ruoqiang County, Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, at the northwest corner of Lop Nur and 7 kilometers south of Peacock River. It connects Qiemo, Jingjue, Zami and Yutian in the southwest, Cheshi in the north, Yanqi in the northwest, Bailongdui in the east, and Dunhuang in the Han and Yuan Dynasties. The site of Nicheng Wangzhai is located in Ruoqiang County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, west of Lop Nur, on the south road leading to the western regions in the Han Dynasty. Because living between Han and Xiongnu, they often hold hands at both ends, or kill Han envoys and block the passage. In the fourth year of Yuanfeng, the Han Dynasty sent Fu Jiezi to behead the king and made another captain, Tu Jian, king, renamed Shanshan. Fu Jiezi was named Hou for his meritorious service. See Hanshu Biography of Western Regions and Biography of Fu Jiezi. Later, I borrowed the story of meritorious service in killing the enemy.
