Huizhou was a vast area in ancient times. Huizhou, referred to as "emblem" for short, was called Zhangzhou and Xin 'an in ancient times. There are six counties in Huizhou, namely Shexian, yi county, Xiuning, Qimen, Jixi and Wuyuan. The government is now huicheng in Shexian county. The first four counties now belong to Huangshan City, Anhui Province, Jixi County belongs to Xuancheng City, Anhui Province and Wuyuan County belongs to Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province.

The development of history

Shexian County was built in the 26th year of Qin Shihuang (the first 22 years1year), belonging to Huiji County.

In the second year of Emperor Wu of the Western Han Dynasty (formerly 12 1), it belonged to Danyang County.

In the first year of Taikang (280), Emperor Wu of the Western Jin Dynasty belonged to Xin 'an County.

In 553, Emperor Liang Yuan of the Southern Dynasties was consecrated for two years, belonging to Xinning County.

In the ninth year of Emperor Wendi (589), Shexian was merged into Haining County, belonging to Wuzhou, and in the eleventh year (59 1), Shexian was restored to Zhangzhou. In 607, Yang Di was renamed Xin 'an County.

Tang Gaozu Wude four years (62 1), Xin 'an County was renamed Xuzhou.

In the first year of Tianbao (742), it was renamed Xin 'an County.

In the first year of Su Zonggan Yuan (758), Xin 'an County was renamed Zhangzhou.

In the Northern Song Dynasty, Huizong Xuanhe was renamed Huizhou for three years (1 12 1).

In the 14th year of Yuan Shizu to Yuan Dynasty (1277), Huizhou was changed to Huizhou Road.

In the seventeenth year from Shun Di to Zheng Zheng (1357), Huizhou Road was changed to Xing 'an House. In the twenty-seventh year (1367), Xing 'an Prefecture was changed to Huizhou Prefecture.

In the first year of the Republic of China (19 12), the abandoned government stayed in the county, directly under Anhui Province. In June of three years (19 14), it belongs to Wuhu Road. In August of the seventeenth year (1928), the abandoned road was directly under Anhui province, and in the twenty-first year (1932), it belonged to the tenth administrative supervision area of Anhui province. In March 29 (1940), it belonged to southern Anhui administrative office, and in August of the same year it belonged to the seventh administrative supervision area of southern Anhui administrative office. In September of the thirty-fourth year (1945), the administrative office of southern Anhui was abolished, and Shexian County was the seventh administrative supervision area in Anhui Province.

1949, returned to Weinan District People's Administration Office after April 28th, and returned to Huizhou District on May 3rd.
