In the past, before Tomb-Sweeping Day, every family in Wenzhou urban and rural areas ground glutinous rice into flour, stuffed it with pork, shredded bamboo shoots and the like, or embedded it with sweet sugar, commonly known as "Qingming Cake". Some people also collect wild vegetables or grass from the ground, such as cotton vegetables, Malantou, ramie tender brains and so on. First, cook them, dry them in the sun, grind them into cakes, and then add rice flour or rice flour to make cakes, commonly known as "Artemisia cake". In Taishun, the steamed bread on the first day was made of mouse bent leaves (commonly known as cotton noodles) or wormwood and rice flour stuffing sugar, which was called "steaming". On Qingming Day, there was no fire, only cold food and food. This is the legacy of pushing Mianshan Mountain to take cold food to commemorate Jietui in ancient times.
