Do you know where Huzhou wonton originated?
Wonton is a noodle snack of Han nationality, which is available in both north and south.

Originated in Deqing, Huzhou, it has a long history and is made of pork legs, bamboo shoots, sesame seeds, chopped green onion, white sugar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine and refined salt.

According to Ren Qinglei Copy, "Wonton and dim sum also existed in the Han Dynasty. The skin is thin and wrinkled (sound: arm, generally referring to wrinkles on clothes), and people call it crepe wonton, taking its shape. "
