Introduction of Caiba Minjiang River Bridge on Chengdu-Guiyang Railway?
Caiba Minjiang River Bridge on Chengdu-Guiyang Railway is the first long-span variable cross-section continuous steel truss girder railway bridge in China, which has the characteristics of complex building structure system, long span and heavy load, and is one of the key projects of Chengdu-Guiyang Railway.

Caiba Minjiang Bridge on Chengdu-Guiyang Railway is a double-track extra-large bridge on passenger dedicated line, with a total length of 1. 19 km and a design running speed of 250 km/h. It is the first long-span continuous steel truss girder railway bridge with complex structural system, large span and heavy load in China, and it is one of the key projects of Chengdu-Guiyang Railway. The bridge is a girder-erecting passage of Chengdu-Guiyang Railway, with 19 piers and 2 abutments, including 4 underwater piers. This project is located in Minjiang National Rare Fish Reserve, so it requires higher environmental protection for construction. At the same time, due to the limitation of aviation clear height control and navigation requirements of Yibin Caiba Airport, the steel truss continuous beam adopts the bottom chord curve stiffening design scheme. The steel beam is erected by cantilever assembly. Main truss center width 14m, mid-span truss height 16m, fulcrum truss height 32m, and internode length 14m. The upper chord of the main truss joint is welded as a whole and spliced outside the joint. The lower chord and the stiffening chord are scattered nodes. The total weight of steel beams is 1.26 million tons, which is technically difficult.

2065438+May 6, 2006, the steel beam of Minjiang Bridge on Chengdu-Guiyang Railway was successfully closed with "zero error", which was the first key bridge on Chengdu-Guiyang Railway. After the steel beams are successfully closed, the Minjiang Bridge will be paved with ballast slabs, and ancillary works such as tracks and slag retaining walls will be constructed. Up to now, the fifth bid section of Chengdu-Guiyang Railway runs through the extra-large bridge 1 block, with 5 tunnels, and the subgrade excavation is about 360,000 cubic meters, and the interval bridges are basically completed.

After the bridge is closed, the next step will be the construction of auxiliary works such as track and ballast slab, which is planned to be completed before the end of August, and the erection of some precast box girders of the approach bridge is planned to start at the beginning of June 10.
