Yang Yang 1984, Yang Yang started skating training. 65438-0988, Yang Yang entered Harbin Sports School and practiced short track speed skating. From 65438 to 0995, Yang Yang entered the national team from Heilongjiang Province. [1] In 2002, Yang Yang won the women's 500m gold medal in the short track speed skating in the Winter Olympics, becoming the first champion in China. [2] In 2002, Yang Yang won four gold medals in short track speed skating 500m,1000m,1500m and individual all-around, achieving six consecutive championships in individual all-around events. [3] Throughout his sports career, Yang Yang has won 59 world championships, and is the China athlete who won the most world championships. [4] On August 7, 2006, Yang Yang held a retirement ceremony in Beijing.
