When did rice wine appear?
In BC 1000, China people invented rice wine, which came from the information about wine recorded in the literature and was also an important textual research on wine culture. Written records about wine first appeared in Oracle Bone Inscriptions in Shang Dynasty, and there are countless records after Han Dynasty. The records of Zhou Wang's "drinking at night with wine as a pool and hanging meat as a forest" in Records of the Historian Yin Benji, as well as the poems in The Book of Songs, such as "Spring wine leads eyebrows to live longer" and "Spring wine leads eyebrows to live longer", all prove that China's wine concept has a history of about 6,000 years.
