The Jade Emperor sent nine dragons to kill the people. Nine-headed dragon struggled with the vicious python in the swamp, and finally died with the vicious python. The nine ditches left by the dragon when it rolled formed nine rivers. People call this place Jiulongkou to commemorate them.
