Litigation cases involving state secrets and personal privacy are not heard in public.
According to the laws of our country, criminal cases involving state secrets or personal privacy, as well as criminal cases in which the defendant was under the age of 18 at the time of trial, are all cases that are not allowed to be tried in public according to the law.

Cases that are not tried in public include: First, cases involving state secrets. When the people's court tries a civil case, if the facts or evidence of the case involve the party, political and military secrets, national defense information, scientific and technological achievements, major political and economic decisions of the state, and other state secret events or secret documents that cannot be made public according to state laws and regulations, the trial may not be held in public. Second, cases involving personal privacy. If the facts or evidence of the case involve the personal privacy of the parties, the people's court may hold a hearing in private.
