Renovation project of old residential blocks in Jiangdu City: Renovation shall be carried out according to the contents stipulated in the renovation documents of old residential blocks of the district government. Comprehensive renovation has been carried out in 60 residential areas in the urban area, with a construction area of nearly 6,543,800 square meters.
Longchuan Old Street Old City Reconstruction Project: The reconstruction scope is Limin Road in the east, Gaoshui River in the west, Jiefang Road and Gongyuan Road in the south, and the old Tongyang Canal in the north, with a total area of about 270 mu and about 1.500 households in the area.
Main construction contents:
1, according to the old city reconstruction design scheme of Longchuan Street, rebuild the dangerous old houses in the area and repair and protect historical and cultural buildings;
2, improve the street traffic function, supporting rain and sewage pipeline facilities;

Reconstruction of Sanhe (Dingjia) village in the city and construction of resettlement area: The proposed resettlement area is located within the enclosure of Wenchang East Road, Longxi Road, Wei Wu Road and Yufu Garden, with a total area of about 49.5 mu and a planned total construction area of about 76,000 square meters. A 18 storey high-rise building and supporting facilities such as commercial, municipal and comprehensive pipelines will be built. The first phase covers an area of 28.45 mu, and the planned construction area is about 3 1.80 square meters. It has been clearly developed and constructed by Jintonghua Real Estate Co., Ltd., and a repurchase agreement for resettlement houses has been signed.
Resettlement house in Lanyue Square: It is located in the enclosed area on the east side of Limin Road, the south side of Jianghuai Road and the north side of the built Yuncheng Garden Community, with a total area of about 3 1.7 mu and a planned construction area of about 40,000 square meters.
Demolition and construction of Xichun Jiayuan resettlement area in the north city: this plot is located in the east of Dahan River, west of Huanghe North Road, north of Huashan Road and south of hengshan road, with a total area of about 140 mu and a planned total construction area of about160,000 square meters. Construction of 18 storey high-rise building and supporting facilities such as garage, municipal administration and comprehensive pipeline.
Reconstruction of villages in cities around the west side of the Silk Road and construction of resettlement areas: The total planned area is about 87.6 mu, covering some areas east of the Silk Road, south of Longcheng West Road, west of Xueyan Road and north of Gongnong West Road. There are 22,000 square meters of houses for land acquisition and demolition, and the total construction area of resettlement area is about 90,000 square meters.
Reconstruction of resettlement houses in shanty towns on the west line of South-to-North Water Transfer Project: It is suggested that the government should purchase resettlement houses in the construction of Le 'anzhi District. Including 20 15 demolition of workers' houses in the area east of Jiandu Road, 552 sets of resettlement houses are needed for the water construction shantytown project in Jiangxi Province, with a construction area of about 55,500 square meters.
Resettlement housing construction on the north side of RTVU: with a total area of 60 mu and an estimated planned construction area of 65,000 square meters.
20 19G03 plot resettlement area project (bid 5 construction project of Jianle Anzhi District Phase I): it is adjacent to the residential building of Jianle Anzhi District Phase I 1-4 in the east, Xiangjiang Road in the south, Jingyi Road in the west and National Highway 328 in the north. The total land area is 22,877 square meters.
