Mount Tai, formerly known as Daishan, also known as Daizong, is located in the north of Tai 'an City in the middle of Shandong Province, bordering the Yellow Sea in the east and the Yellow River in the west, starting from Tai 'an City in the south and ending in the suburb of Jinan in the north.
